The annual fee exemption rules for CCB Dragon Card credit cards are as follows: regular and gold cards can be exempted from annual fees if they make 3 purchases in each card-holding year; standard platinum cards can make any purchases in each card-holding year. If you complete 18 transactions, the annual fee for that year will be reduced. In addition, some CCB Long Card credit cards are exempt from annual fees during the validity period.
