China Industrial and Commercial Bank provides the following services for designated credit cards:
1. Time tolerance: the cardholder enjoys a 3-day repayment grace period, and the repayment within the grace period is deemed as the cardholder's repayment on time;
2. Tolerance: On the due repayment grace period (due repayment date+grace period), if the unpaid part of all bills in the previous period is less than or equal to the grace period difference, it is deemed that the cardholder has repaid in full.
Extended data
If the loan is not repaid in full and on time, it will be overdue, which may have the following effects:
1. Funds: default interest will be collected on a daily basis, subject to the contract;
2. Credit investigation: The overdue information is recorded in the Credit Investigation Center of the People's Bank of China for reference when approving loans or credit cards.
3. If it is a quasi-credit card, the longest overdraft period is 60 days. If it is not returned for more than 60 days, it shall be deemed as overdue;
4. If it is a credit card, if the minimum repayment amount is not repaid before the due repayment date (inclusive), it will be considered overdue, and corresponding liquidated damages will be generated in addition to interest (liquidated damages = unpaid part of the minimum repayment amount ×5%). ?
It is suggested to deposit the full amount into the agreed repayment account or make repayment at the counter as soon as possible, and then please repay in full and on time according to the agreed repayment date.
