Hello! Since July 25th, 20021year, there is no handling fee for cross-bank ATM cash withdrawal transactions of debit cards and quasi-credit cards of Agricultural Bank of China. There is no handling fee for cross-bank ATM withdrawals with ABC settlement cards and ATM withdrawals in different places of the Bank.
