1. Palm Banking: version 7.0 and above, you can click " My→Security Center→Mobile Number Management→Bank Reserved Mobile Phone Number→Modify", enter your real-name mobile phone number and enter the SMS verification code to modify it. The modification process requires verification of the ID number, face, and mobile phone number registered with my real name. Both the reserved mobile phone number and the verified mobile phone number require real-name authentication. If the reserved mobile phone number is no longer in use or has not been reserved with our bank and has registered with our bank's mobile banking version 7.0 or below, you can click "Forgot Password" when logging into the bank's mobile banking, enter your ID number, scan your face and click " "Change verification mobile phone number" to simultaneously modify the reserved mobile phone number. If the modification cannot be successful, please bring the card owner's valid identity document, bank card, and mobile phone used to receive the verification code to any of our bank's branches nationwide.

2. Counter: Please bring your valid ID, account credentials (if any), and the mobile phone you need to use (the new mobile phone number needs to receive the verification code sent by our bank) at any ABC outlet nationwide.
