2. Customers can call the customer service hotline of the issuing bank and ask the customer service staff through the manual service channel.

3. Customers can log in to their personal email and find the electronic statement sent by the bank. The statement will indicate the number of installments that the customer has applied for and the number of installments that have been repaid, so that they can know how many installments are still outstanding. For example, there are 12 issues in total, and the number of recorded issues is 3, then "3/ 12" will be displayed, that is to say, there are still 9 outstanding issues.
