Call 95588 to cancel the card or go to any outlet to cancel the card. Different from canceling the card over the phone, the teller will take back the credit card.

2. Chip card:

Card holders must bring their ICBC credit cards to branches for card collection processing, and they must be operated by authorized tellers. The credit card status changes to "Received" and the card is taken back by the teller.

3. Shanku card:

Shanku card can be collected and processed like ordinary magnetic stripe cards, but it can only be operated at the branch, and the account cannot be canceled.

2. Account cancellation.

After the ICBC credit card is withdrawn, the account cannot be closed in the true sense. If no follow-up operations are performed, the account will have to wait at least one year before it will truly disappear. However, you can go to any outlet to cancel your account one month after receiving the card.

Only when the ICBC credit card status becomes "voided card", the real card cancellation is completed.
