Credit card points are not accumulated for the following items: consumption completed by bank card holders in special types of merchants, including but not limited to real estate, wholesale, sales of various motor vehicles, airplanes and their spare parts, leasing and maintenance, fuel sales, automatic fuel vending machines, public utilities, government services, tax payment, withholding, charity and social welfare, medical institutions, schools, child care, agricultural services, contracting services, gardening, electrical parts and equipment.
