If you need to use your credit card immediately, please call the credit card customer service hotline of China Merchants Bank at 95555 after locking the card and transfer to manual service. The customer service specialist will reset the inquiry password for you after checking the cardholder information. If you forget the transaction password, please call the service hotline. After authentication, press 9 for manual processing.

(2) If you forget the query password, you can log in to China Merchants Bank official website to reset the query password. If the inquiry password is locked, it can also be reset here, but cardholders who only hold supplementary cards cannot reset it online.
