The following steps

1. Submit surrender application: The insured can submit surrender application through Huaxia Life official website, mobile APP and customer service hotline.

2. Sign the application for surrender: the applicant needs to fill in and sign the application for surrender, and provide relevant certification materials, such as ID card and bank card.

3. Verification materials: Huaxia Life Insurance Company will verify the surrender application and related certification materials submitted by the insured to confirm the validity of the surrender application.

4. Calculate the surrender amount: Huaxia Life Insurance Company will calculate the surrender amount according to the insurance premium and surrender terms of the policy.

5. Sign the surrender agreement: After negotiation between both parties, the insured needs to sign the surrender agreement and submit the signed surrender agreement and relevant supporting materials to Huaxia Life Insurance Company.

6. Fund settlement: Huaxia Life Insurance Company will transfer the surrender money to the bank account designated by the insured after verifying that the surrender agreement and relevant certification materials are correct.

7. Policy Termination: After the application for surrender is approved, Huaxia Life Insurance Company will terminate the policy, and the insurance contract will take effect from the date when the surrender premium is received.
