It is unlikely that the credit card will be rejected without sending a text message, which may be that it has not been activated successfully.
There are three ways to activate a credit card:
1. The card opening and setting of the bank counter of the outlet are confidential, and my ID card and credit card are required for handling;
2. Online banking card, if you have an online banking shield, you can set the transaction withdrawal password together;
3, telephone voice self-service card opening, of course, before activation, you will need to enter some personal information to ensure that it is the cardholder himself. If the information input is incorrect, it will be switched to manual card opening.

1. Confirm the collection of annual fee.
2. Do I need to cancel the paper bill?
3. Choice of bookkeeping date. Under normal circumstances, bookkeeping date is the repayment date.
