3. Guangzhou Bank accumulates points for cardholder transactions. Bank of Guangzhou reserves the right to modify the points accumulation rules, the retention time of points details and the points settlement without the cardholder's prior consent.
4. If the credit card is lost, stolen, robbed, cheated or occupied by someone other than the cardholder, you should immediately call Guangzhou Bank's 7×24-hour customer service telephone number 020-96699 or report the loss at the business outlets of Guangzhou Bank, and the loss will take effect immediately. Cardholders are not responsible for the transactions on their credit cards after the loss report takes effect, except for the following circumstances:
(1) The cardholder commits fraud or other dishonest acts;
(2) The cardholder refuses the bank investigation;
(3) The cardholder fails to sign the credit card;
(4) The cardholder informs the third party of the password or other methods for identifying the cardholder.
