(2) Fill in the Application Form for ETC Charge Card/Electronic Label of Bank of China Ningxia Branch, Credit Card Entrustment Deduction Service Agreement and other relevant materials.

(3) Check the customer information, inquire online about printing and copying the customer certificate, and inquire whether the credit card status meets the processing conditions through our "Customer Service System of Credit Card Branches".

(4) Enter customer personal and vehicle information through Ningxia ETC card issuing system.

(5) Open ETC charge card.

(6) Issue ETC charge-to-account cards and electronic labels.

(7) Bind the credit card, and at the same time, enter the "core system" of our bank according to the customer's wishes to open a debit card bound with the credit card for active repayment.

(8) Install and activate the electronic tag and take photos of the vehicle.
