4. After receiving the litigation materials, the court will generally examine and approve them within 7 days to decide whether to accept them;

5. After the civil judgment, if the overdue user fails to repay the loan, the bank has the right to apply for compulsory execution and may confiscate the user's property. Users who refuse to repay will constitute the crime of credit card fraud and need to bear criminal responsibility;

6. About 4 months after the investigation, the bank will entrust the local people's procuratorate to file a public prosecution with the court. If the user is unable to repay the arrears, the Public Security Bureau can arrest the overdue user for credit card fraud.

Article 266 of the Criminal Law
