Handling through WeChat official account: First, pay attention to the public micro-signal of "China Industrial and Commercial Bank Customer Service" in WeChat, click the "Smart Finance-Credit Card" option at the bottom of the menu bar of WeChat official account, enter the credit card handling page, select the type of credit card to be handled according to your own needs, and then follow the prompts;
3. Go through the "China Industrial and Commercial Bank" APP: download the China Industrial and Commercial Bank APP on your mobile phone, open the APP and enter the home page, and you will see the following "credit card" option. Click to enter the credit card page, select "handle the card", select the city and credit card type according to the prompt, and follow the prompt.
