1. If the user is locked by entering the wrong password, he should bring his ID card and credit card directly to the counter of Bank of Communications to apply for unlocking.
2. If the user is locked because the credit card is overdue, the user will pay off the arrears first, and then call the customer service hotline of Bank of Communications to apply for unlocking. If it cannot be paid off in time, the user can negotiate with the bank to apply for deferred repayment. As long as the reasons given by users are reasonable, banks will generally be accommodating.
3. If the user is locked because of a risky transaction, the user can tell the bank the reason and prove that he swiped the card to conduct the transaction, and the bank will unlock it after review.
4. If the user is frozen by the court, and then the credit card is locked, the user will wait for the lawsuit to be resolved before going to the bank to apply for unlocking.
