If you choose electronic bill, we will send the electronic bill to the reserved mailbox on the second day of your bill date. If you choose a paper bill, we will send the paper bill within 7 working days after your bill date.

If you don't receive the bill, you can reissue the credit card bill through telephone self-service voice, online banking, WeChat bank or "China Life" APP, or you can directly log in to online banking or "China Life" APP or WeChat bank to check the bill details and obtain personal accounting information.
