1. First report the loss of your credit card and immediately call the Bank of Communications customer service hotline to report the loss. Loss reporting by phone is effective immediately, and the handling fee for reporting loss is RMB 50.
2. You can also log in to the Bank of Communications personal online banking to report the loss. After reporting the loss, you must call the customer service hotline to replace the card. Once the loss is reported, the loss reporting fee of 50 yuan will be deducted immediately.
3. Check the content filled in when applying for the card. After completing the card replacement procedures, a new card will be issued on the next working day and mailed to the designated address by registered mail.
