The closing steps are as follows:

1. Open the ICBC mobile APP.

2. Find and click the "My" option in the APP to enter the personal account information page.

3. On the personal account information page, find and click the "Security Center" option.

4. On the Security Center page, look for and select "Quick Payment Management".

5. In the quick payment management page, turn off the quick payment function.

6. After confirming to turn off the quick payment function, save the settings and exit the security center.
