Will the credit card arrears deduct the pension?
If your credit card is in arrears, your pension and medical insurance card will not be frozen, but you will be blacklisted and included in the list of untrustworthy people. After a long time, you may be sued by the bank, and some of your surprise pension may be deducted for repayment. Social insurance fund is a public fund managed by social insurance institutions on behalf of the insured and ultimately enjoyed by the insured, and is not owned by social insurance institutions. Social insurance institutions set up special fund management accounts, which are earmarked for special purposes, to ensure the basic livelihood of retired employees and unemployed people in enterprises, and are earmarked for special purposes.

If you can't pay back your credit card, your pension insurance will not be deducted directly. First, you have to file a lawsuit with the bank court. After the judgment, you can apply for pension distribution. The bank can't deduct it by itself, and it needs court enforcement. These are two different things, but if you owe a bank credit card, the consequences will be very serious, and there will be a complete process to prevent credit card default.

First of all, when the bank finds that the credit card has not been repaid, it will send a text message to remind it before it expires. Then once overdue, there will be late fees and interest. Of course, it won't be delayed all the time, but there will be an upper limit of 5%. Then on the blacklist of banks, overdue for many times, or malicious refusal to sign, it will be blacklisted, and there is no hope of buying a car or buying a house loan in the future.

What should I do if I am blacklisted?

Once blacklisted, it will affect the credit history and will have an impact on future travel, self-driving, airplanes, hotels, children's schools and other aspects. Finally, there is legal responsibility. Once the bank sues, it will be investigated by law. So, if you don't return it, even if you run away and disappear, it won't help. If the credit card is maliciously overdrawn for more than 90 days, especially if the amount exceeds 50,000, the bank can sue.

To sum up, credit cards with long-term arrears will be included in the list of untrustworthy people. After a long time, you may be sued by the bank, and you may deduct a part of the surprise pension to repay.
