1, identification: generally, it is an ID card (if you use a new ID card, you need a copy of the front and back), and soldiers need to provide a copy of the military ID card;
2. Work certificate: it can be the original work certificate issued by the employer (please indicate the specific company name, department, position and income, and affix the official seal or personnel seal of the company), or a copy of the work permit/card verified and marked by the sponsor;
3. Proof of financial resources: it can be a payroll record issued by a bank, an income tax withholding certificate, or a market value certificate of a house, a car, a deposit or an investment (such as a copy of the real estate license/car driving license/bank time deposit certificate) and other materials that can prove your economic level. Other documents for reference include: personal account list of social insurance in the last 6 months, water, electricity and gas bills, credit card bills of other banks, etc.
If you have never held our credit card, you can apply in the following three ways:
1. Please log on to the credit card website/,select "Credit Card Application"-"New Customer Application Channel", apply for an appointment through the online banking platform of "Easy Appointment, On-site Service", fill in the simple appointment information online and wait for the bank's approval. If approved, experts will provide you with on-site service. If you want to handle the transaction in this way, please confirm your region first, and whether our bank can provide free door-to-door service (the result will be displayed after selecting the province/city/region);
2. Please bring your original identity certificate, work certificate and financial documents to the business outlets of China Merchants Bank in person.
3. You can also call the customer service hotline 4008205555, select "3#" in the voice for credit card application consultation, and then select "1" to transfer the service specialist to register for you, and inform our local staff to contact you to confirm the application.
It usually takes 10 working days from the receipt of your application materials by the audit department to the audit of credit cards. After approval, we will make a card for you within 2 working days, and then send it to you by registered mail according to the billing address. Generally, the sending time of registered letters is within 15 days. Please be patient.
