1. Activate the self-service card of customer service self-service voice system, and set the transaction password and telephone inquiry password.

Open the mobile banking after downloading, and you can see the system function page:
"Set inquiry password", enter the inquiry password to be set → click "Get dynamic password" (send it to the bank to reserve a mobile phone) → enter dynamic password → click "Submit" and confirm to set the inquiry password, then the inquiry password can be set successfully.
"Set transaction password", enter the transaction password to be set, CVV2 (the last three digits of the signature column on the back of the card) → Click "Get dynamic password" → Enter dynamic password → Click "Submit" and confirm to set the transaction password, then the transaction password can be set successfully.
