4. Points cannot be transferred to other cardholders or any third party.

5. The points of the main card and supplementary card in the same account are combined and calculated in the main card account, that is, the account-level points balance.

6. The sum of the account-level point balances of different accounts under the same cardholder’s name, that is, the customer-level point balance, can be automatically combined and used when applying for some redemption items. Points from aviation co-branded cards such as Golden Harvest Hainan Airlines co-branded card, China Eastern Airlines co-branded credit card, Juneyao Airlines co-branded IC credit card, etc. are automatically converted into airline miles and do not participate in customer-level points consolidation.

7. When a credit card holder cancels his account, if he has other normally used credit cards in his name (except for airline co-branded cards such as Golden Harvest HNA co-branded card), the points in the canceled account will still be retained until the holder of the account. If there is no other credit card in the name of the cardholder, the points in the account will be canceled and cleared to zero. When a debit card holder cancels his or her account, the points in the account will be cleared automatically.

8. The bank will carry out other various reward point activities from time to time, and the specific rules shall be subject to the rules announced by the activity. If the cardholder's consumption meets the conditions of two or more reward activities at the same time, points will be accumulated according to the highest reward multiple. At the same time, the maximum points accumulation limit for a single transaction and a single month at designated merchants will not change due to bonus points activities.

9. If the merchant category code does not match the actual category of the merchant, please consult the merchant and the acquiring institution (i.e. the bank or other relevant institution where the POS machine is deployed). Therefore, our bank will not be held responsible for any impact on the accumulation of points.

10. Refunds due to any reasons such as returns, purchase order disputes, etc., or transactions that are deemed to be cash out, fraud, or other non-genuine transactions by our bank (including due to merchants failing to install credit card POS machines in accordance with China UnionPay regulations). If points are accumulated for a transaction that should not be awarded points), the bank will deduct the points originally obtained through this transaction.

If the points balance is insufficient when deducting, negative points will be generated in the account to which the original transaction belongs. When negative points appear, the cardholder must offset the points accumulated through consumption in this account. Accounts with negative points balance are not allowed to be closed.

11. If a cardholder is suspected of using non-genuine transactions to obtain points, the bank has the right to require the cardholder to provide consumption transaction invoices, purchase vouchers and other materials to verify the authenticity of the transaction; if the cardholder is unable to submit relevant Materials, the bank has the right not to honor them.

Once it is verified that the cardholder obtained points for arbitrage for non-genuine transactions, our bank reserves the right to pursue further recourse in addition to taking measures such as freezing points, clearing them, freezing the card, and canceling the card.
