Taking Sinopec fuel card as an example, the specific steps are as follows:

Baidu search ICBC, looking for the word official website to enter:

Click the Personal Online Banking button to enter:

Enter your online banking login information, as shown in the figure below, and click the login button:

Enter the online banking interface, and click on the branch characteristics:

Find Sinopec recharge, click on the back of the payment:

Enter your fuel card number, select a credit card, and then click Next:

Enter the recharge amount, and then click Next:

Click to confirm payment:

Confirm that the information is correct, insert the U shield and click OK:

After entering the U-Shield password, confirm the operation on the U-Shield:

The recharge was successful, as shown in the figure below. You need to deposit it manually at the gas station to get a card.
