Note:

To certify a degree, you need to upload a scanned copy of your degree and academic qualifications in Chinese;

To authenticate your transcript, you need to upload a scanned copy of your transcript in Chinese and English and the Chinese version of your degree/qualification. Scanned copy;

The uploaded scanned copy cannot be in PDF format and needs to be in image format with a size not exceeding 2M;

In the certification report acceptance address 1, the receiving unit selects WES. The system will automatically fill in the WES address. If you also want to receive a copy, check the "Backup Report" in Address 2 and fill in your own address.

Mail documents to CDGDC

After the Ministry of Education’s system upgrade, applicants with bachelor’s degrees or above no longer need to send paper materials to the Chinese Ministry of Education when applying for certification, while those with associate degree degrees need to send Send paper transcripts in Chinese and English and proof of identity.

Mail academic documents to WES

Fresh graduates do not need to send additional materials;

Previous graduates need to send additional materials:

Bachelor degree or above: copies of all degree certificates and transcripts with Chinese and English school seals;

College education: copies of all graduation certificates and transcripts with Chinese and English school seals.

WES certification materials list:

China’s higher education (Master’s, PhD, undergraduate, junior college): CDGDC or CHESICC will send the English certification report of degree certificate, graduation certificate, and transcript to WES , the applicant mails copies of degree certificates and graduation certificates, and copies of transcripts with Chinese and English school seals to WES.

For Chinese higher education (undergraduate, master, doctorate), send a Chinese copy of the degree certificate and a copy of the transcript with the Chinese and English school seal;

For Chinese higher education (bachelor's degree, college) without a degree ) Mail a Chinese copy of the diploma and transcripts with Chinese and English school seals;

Applicants should contact the school to issue a degree certificate, diploma and transcripts with Chinese and English school seals. If unable A notarized document can be provided instead.

General high school diploma: Provide college entrance examination or academic proficiency test certification (Hubei Province does not require general education test score certification), the school must directly send the transcript to WES, and the applicant must send the academic certificate and copy to WES.

For vocational high school or technical school diplomas, CDGDC will mail academic certification to WES, the school will mail transcripts to WES, and the applicant will mail copies and translations of academic qualifications to WES.

Note: If the certification is for a master's or doctoral degree, the certified undergraduate or junior college diploma must also be sent to WES, otherwise WES cannot authenticate it.

List of Tsinghua certification materials:

Scans of pictures of graduation certificates and degree certificates, copies of transcripts stamped by the school in both Chinese and English, and the size of the pictures should not exceed 2M.

Note: Applicants need to contact the school to issue the Chinese and English school seals of their degree certificate, graduation certificate and transcript. If they cannot provide it, they can use notarized documents instead.

The overall cycle of WES certification - flying abroad:

The certification starts when the Ministry of Education receives all documents and remittances, a total of 8-9 weeks: 1. Tsinghua certification 20 working days ( Expedited (5 working days to complete); 2. EMS express delivery to WES, 4-6 days; 3. WES assessment takes 20 working days.

WES certification fee:
