1. For customers whose credit cards are about to expire and their card status is normal, Agricultural Bank will take the initiative to change their credit cards.

2. Three months before the card expires, ABC will remind the cardholder that the card is about to expire through relevant channels. If the cardholder does not explicitly call to indicate that a new card is no longer needed, the Agricultural Bank of China will mail the new card to the cardholder two months before the expiration. The cardholder can use the new card after receiving the activation, and the card number and password remain unchanged. To prevent risks, please destroy the magnetic stripe and chip of the old card after activating the new card.

3. If the new card is not made successfully due to long-term non-use of the card, the cardholder can call the customer service hotline at the beginning of ABC Credit Card 400 to manually change the card.
