CITIC Bank credit card can modify the following information through:

1. Inquiry and modification of work phone number, emergency contact mobile phone number, mailing address, mailing address postal code, and email address: Follow CITIC Bank credit card official WeChat account: "zxyhxyk" or "CITIC Bank Credit Card". Click the WeChat menu--My Account--Service Hall to handle it, or log in to credit card quick online banking to modify it. (Only some personal information can be checked and modified)

2. Query and modify mobile phone number, phone number, and other information (validity period of certificate, position, annual salary, etc.).

(1) Online banking channel: Log in to the certificate version of online banking, (webpage/perbank6/signInCredit.do) and select "Customer Service" → "Cardholder Information Query and Modification" to modify the phone number, mobile phone number, Email addresses and mailing addresses are interchangeable between residences and units (cannot be changed to a new address).

(2) Telephone channel: After calling the customer service hotline, follow the prompts to enter the information and transfer the manual service to apply for modification for you.
