2. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank

1) When using a debit card at a POS machine, the standard merchant rate is 0.45, with a cap of 20 yuan, and the preferential merchant rate is 0.35, with a cap of 15 yuan;

2) For credit card payments at POS machines, the rate for standard merchants is 0.5 and the rate for preferential merchants is 0.45.

3. Hua Xia Bank

1) When using a debit card for POS machine consumption, the standard merchant rate is 0.55, with a cap of 19.5 yuan;

2) When using a credit card For POS machine consumption, the standard merchant rate is 0.5.
