Both the primary card and the secondary card belong to BOC credit cards, and the credit line is shared.
All debts incurred by the deputy cardholder in the process of using the credit card shall be borne by the main cardholder, who shall directly repay them to the card issuer or special unit.
Between the primary cardholder and the secondary cardholder, the primary cardholder is in a dominant position and has the right to decide to add or cancel the secondary card, while the secondary cardholder is in an auxiliary position.
If the primary card is cancelled, the secondary card shall be returned to the card issuer voluntarily.
If the primary cardholder stops using the secondary card, it shall also return the secondary card to the card issuer, and the outstanding debt shall still be borne by the primary cardholder.
If the primary cardholder cancels the secondary card midway, the primary cardholder has the right to recover the credit card from the secondary cardholder and return it to the card issuer; If the deputy cardholder can't recover it, he can apply in writing to the card issuer for cancellation. However, the credit-debt relationship between the principal cardholder and the deputy cardholder due to the use of the credit card will not be handled by the card issuer, and the economic dispute between the principal cardholder and the deputy cardholder due to the use of the credit card will not be accepted by the card issuer.
If the cardholder of the primary card needs to restore or add the secondary card, he must submit a written application to the card issuer, and the card can be restored or added only after it is approved by the card issuer.
