Credit card regulations
Article 1 In order to adapt to the development of credit card business and provide comprehensive and high-quality services to cardholders, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with national laws, regulations, rules and relevant provisions.
Article 2 The Longka Credit Card mentioned in the Articles of Association is a credit payment tool issued by China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) to the public, which allows cardholders to use money first and then repay it within the credit limit approved by the Bank. It can be used in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below) and abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below). Longka Credit Card has the functions of overdraft consumption, installment payment and cash advance, unless otherwise limited by the Articles of Association.
Article 3 Longka credit cards are divided into business cards (business cards) and personal cards according to different issuers, in which business cards are divided into tourist cards and shopping cards, and personal cards are divided into main cards and supplementary cards; According to the cardholder's credit rating, product functions and services, it can be divided into ordinary cards, gold cards, standard platinum cards, exclusive platinum cards, diamond cards and smart cards. According to different credit card organizations or companies, it can be divided into UnionPay card, VISA card, MasterCard and JCB card. According to different account currencies, it can be divided into dual-currency credit cards and single-currency credit cards; According to the different card media, it is divided into physical card and virtual card; According to different information carriers, it can be divided into magnetic stripe card, chip card and magnetic stripe chip composite card.
Article 4 Banks, cardholders, guarantors, special units and other relevant parties shall jointly abide by the Articles of Association.
Article 5 Some terms involved in the Articles of Association are defined as follows:
"Cardholder" refers to the unit or individual who has applied for a credit card and obtained the qualification to issue it. Unit card holders are designated by their units; Individual cardholders include main cardholders and supplementary cardholders.
"Credit limit" refers to the maximum credit limit approved by the bank for the cardholder according to the credit status of the cardholder and other factors, and used by the cardholder during the validity period of the card, including fixed limit, temporary limit and special limit.
