The Global Card you applied for is a dual-currency standard card. The UnionPay logo is for domestic use, and VISA is a US dollar account for use overseas (foreign countries). These two cards have maximum usage limit. Normal VISA currency cards are free of annual fees for life. Within the mainland, you can only use UnionPay cards.
