Chapter 2 Application

Article 7 Applicants applying for a dual-currency credit card must agree to abide by these regulations, fill in the application form, provide relevant supporting materials, and submit it to the card-issuing bank for review. Applicants are responsible for the content filled in the application form and the authenticity of supporting materials.

Article 8 Agencies, groups, military units, enterprises, public institutions and other organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as entities) that open basic deposit accounts in financial institutions within China and have the ability to repay may do so through the People's Bank of China. Chapter 4 Interest Calculation, Repayment and Account Management

Cardholders do not enjoy interest-free repayment when withdrawing cash within the credit limit. The daily interest rate is 0.05%, and compound interest is calculated on a monthly basis.

Article 20 The card-issuing bank will not pay interest on the deposits in the cardholder’s dual-currency credit card account.

Article 21 If the unit card holder repays the foreign exchange debt, it must transfer and deposit it from its unit's foreign exchange account. Article 25 If the legal representative (responsible person) of the unit or his authorized agent applies to cancel part of the unit’s corporate cards or personal cards and the principal cardholder applies to cancel the supplementary card, he shall notify the card-issuing bank in advance. Article 26 If the principal cardholder or cardholder no longer uses the dual-currency credit card within the validity period or after expiration, he shall report to the card-issuing bank after repaying all outstanding balances in the account. Chapter 5 Rights and Obligations of the Card-Issuing Bank

Article 27 The card-issuing bank shall set up a 24-hour customer service hotline to provide cardholders with business consultation, account inquiries, and complaints. Services such as acceptance and loss reporting.

Article 28 For cardholders who have transactions or charges, or who have outstanding balances in their accounts even though no transactions or charges have occurred, the card-issuing bank shall settle their accounts on the billing date. Article 29 If the cardholder cannot use the card due to power supply, communication or other reasons, the card-issuing bank is obliged to assist the cardholder to solve the problem or provide necessary help as appropriate. We are not responsible for any losses caused to cardholders.

Article 30 The card-issuing bank has the right to use and process the personal information of the applicant and cardholder, but the information should be kept confidential. Article 32 The card-issuing bank has the right to charge certain fees from cardholders and credit them to their dual-currency credit card accounts.

Article 33 The card-issuing bank has the right to change the total credit limit of the corporate card holder or the principal card holder of the personal card based on the credit changes of the cardholder or cardholder, card usage, etc. The cardholder's credit limit will be adjusted, and the relevant parties will be notified of the adjustment results.

Article 34 After the dual-currency credit card is canceled or the account is settled, the cardholder shall cut off the corners of the card and destroy it. The card-issuing bank shall retain the responsibility for any subsequent losses to the card due to reasons other than the card-issuing bank. The right of recourse for valid transaction funds and corresponding interest, fees, etc. caused by the reasons.

Article 35 If a cardholder fails to repay the minimum repayment amount for four consecutive months, the card-issuing bank has the right to stop payment on his dual-currency credit card, and may require his guarantor to assume guarantee liability, disposal If necessary, the deposit or pledge shall have the right to request the judicial authorities to investigate the cardholder's legal liability or take other corresponding recourse measures.

Chapter 6 Rights and Obligations of Cardholders

Article 50 Any transaction dispute between the cardholder and the merchant shall be resolved by both parties themselves. The card-issuing bank shall not bear any responsibility. The cardholder shall not refuse to issue the card on this basis. The bank repays the amount owed.

Article 51 If the card-issuing bank freezes the cardholder's dual-currency credit card account according to the freezing order of the competent authority, if there are still transactions occurring during the account freezing period due to reasons other than the card-issuing bank, the holder shall The cardholder is still responsible for repaying the corresponding arrears.

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions

Article 52 Matters not covered in this Articles of Association shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and rules. If an overseas institution is involved in a cardholder's card transaction, the relevant disputes will be handled in accordance with the regulations of credit card organizations such as VISA, MasterCard, and China UnionPay.

Article 53 These Articles of Association shall be formulated and interpreted by China Construction Bank. Modifications to this Articles of Association made by China Construction Bank in accordance with national laws and relevant regulations will be effective upon approval and announcement without further notice.

Article 54 This Article of Association shall come into effect from the date of promulgation. The original "China Construction Bank Dragon Card Credit Card Regulations" will be abolished at the same time, and these regulations will naturally apply to the original Dragon Card credit card holders.

4) Credit limit: The maximum limit that our bank determines based on the cardholder’s credit status and can be recycled within the validity period of the card is the credit limit for all cards (including principal cards and supplementary cards) in the cardholder’s name. The maximum usage limit is also the same limit for RMB accounts and US dollar accounts, expressed in RMB amounts.

5) Minimum repayment amount: Indicates the minimum amount that the cardholder should repay in this period.

6) Amount payable in the last period: the summary amount payable in the last period’s bill.

7) New repayable amount in this period: the total amount of all transaction amounts and related interest and fees from the day after the last period’s billing date to the current period’s billing date.

8) Amount repaid in this period: the total amount of money repaid from the day after the last period’s bill date to the current period’s bill date.

9) The total amount of repayments in this period: = the amount of repayments in the previous period, the new amount of repayments in this period - the amount of repayments in this period.

10) Disputed amounts/number of transactions: The cardholder has real doubts about his/her account and submitted a request for assistance to our bank for investigation and processing within the specified time, and the amount and number of transactions were included in the dispute processing by our bank.

11) Transaction date: The date when the cardholder actually uses the card for consumption, cash withdrawal, repayment and other transactions.

12) Bank accounting date: The date when our bank will credit the transaction amount to the account after the card transaction occurs, or the date when relevant fees and interest will be credited to the account in accordance with regulations.

13) Transaction details: relevant information for each transaction, including transaction type, transaction channel, transaction location and other information.

14) Transaction currency/amount: reflects the currency and amount of the local currency of the actual place of transaction when you conduct overseas transactions. For example, the amount of transactions in the UK is listed as "GBP" (pounds sterling) and the corresponding amount.

15) Settlement currency/amount: Domestic transaction amounts (including overseas transaction amounts through the UnionPay network) are in RMB and are listed as "CNY" and the corresponding amount, and overseas transaction amounts are converted into U.S. dollars and are expressed as "USD" and the corresponding amounts are listed. Transactions with "*" in front of the settlement currency indicate disputed transactions and will not be included in the repayment amount for the time being; transactions with "-" in front of the amount indicate credit transactions such as repayment transactions and consumption deductions.

16) Repayment instructions: List the amount payable and the minimum repayment amount according to the different cards you hold. Please repay separately according to card number and currency to avoid unnecessary delays and losses.

17) Overdue information: If you fail to repay within the time limit specified by our bank, or if you have repaid but it is less than the minimum repayment amount, our bank will remind you that your account is overdue and you should repay immediately.

18) Points information: Your accumulated points refer to the total consumption points under the name of the main cardholder.
