Three-star customer conditions of CCB
The star rating of CCB is based on the comprehensive business volume, and the star value can be obtained in the business of deposit and loan, investment and wealth management, credit card consumption, remittance and deposit and withdrawal in different places. According to different product types, the monthly average balance, transaction amount and consumption amount are used as the basis for calculating the star point value. When the star point value reaches the three-star standard, it will be upgraded to a three-star user.
At present, there are seven stars in China Construction Bank. Customers with seven stars, six stars, five stars, four stars, three stars, two stars, one star and a star point value of 0 from high to low will not be rated. Every day, the customer will be rated as a star, and the system will evaluate the star according to the accumulated star point value in the last six months (including the current month), and the upgrade can be carried out after reaching the upgrade standard.
