Whether the bank card can be recovered after the deduction depends on the reason for the deduction. If it is because of bank deduction, the customer can contact the customer service staff of the issuing bank by phone to find out the reason for the deduction and whether the deduction is reasonable. If the deduction is unreasonable, they can ask the bank to return the deduction. If the deduction is due to the cardholder's own reasons, the bank has no responsibility, and the deduction can generally not be recovered.
