Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as "Credit Card") principal card applicants and their supplementary cards The applicant (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") enters into this contract regarding Party B's voluntary application for and use of a credit card from Party A and other related matters. When Party B signs the application form or signs online, it is deemed that Party B has understood and accepted the "Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Credit Card (Personal Card) Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles") and this contract, and agrees to be bound by them.

Article 1 Application for Credit Card

1. Party B guarantees that all materials and information it provides to Party A are accurate, authentic, complete, valid and legal, and Party B ensures that nothing is concealed and fictitious, the business background is legal and compliant, and does not violate any laws, regulations, resolutions, etc. involving sanctions and export controls of the United Nations Security Council, China, and other countries (or regions). Regardless of whether the credit card is approved and whether the credit card is terminated, relevant data and information will be kept or processed by Party A in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. If all the materials and information provided by Party B are changed or invalid, Party A should be contacted immediately to make changes. Party B shall be solely responsible for any consequences and losses caused by inaccuracies, errors, incompleteness of the materials and information provided by Party B, or failure to notify Party A of updates in a timely manner, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility.
