Ping An Credit Card Application Conditions:

China people, foreigners and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who must be at least 18 years old, have full capacity for civil conduct, have a legal and stable source of income and have a good credit standing can apply for a bank credit card with their valid identity documents.

The materials to be provided are as follows:

Identity information: copy of resident ID card or military officer's card; Compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao are required to provide copies of travel permits to and from the mainland and residence certificates for more than one year; Foreigners can provide copies of passports and residence permits for more than one year.
