Applicants can apply for no more than 2 supplementary cards for their spouses or relatives with full capacity for civil conduct.

Please refer to the following conditions for applying for supplementary cards:

1. application

Fill in the application form and provide a copy of valid identity documents at the same time with the main cardholder, which can be handled at the same time with the main cardholder.

Step 2 apply separately

First of all, you (the applicant for supplementary card) need to fill out an application form, in which the main card information and supplementary card information must be filled in completely. Secondly, you need to provide a copy of the ID card of the principal cardholder and a copy of the ID card of the applicant of the secondary card. Finally, you need to ask the main cardholder to sign the application form and indicate the main card number. You can submit the completed application form to the acceptance website.

Basic information of the applicant for supplementary card (personal card)

1, aged above 16 (inclusive), is the immediate family member of the main card applicant with civil capacity;

2. Provide a copy of valid identity documents. Valid identity documents refer to resident identity cards, passports, military officers' cards and police officers' cards.

There is no handling fee for handling the secondary card.
