If the customer's mobile phone number has more than one additional relationship, the SMS access system will send the last two digits of each postal savings account to the customer, and ask the customer to reply "QX"+"space"+"number corresponding to the account" within 24 hours to confirm the SMS to be cancelled. If all unsubscribes, reply "QX"+"space"+"A";

3. Log in to online banking, and click "Settings-Customer Service-SMS Notification" to enter the SMS notification customization query page, where customers can turn off the account change notification;

4. Log in to the mobile banking, click "My-Settings-SMS Notification", select an account, click "Cancel", and click "Confirm"-enter the authentication method password and SMS password to close the SMS notification. At present, the notification of current account changes opened by military insurance cards, E-Huitong cards and VIP customers cannot be obtained by SMS notification through the mobile banking;

5. If you need to open or cancel the credit card SMS notification service, you can log in to Personal Online Banking-Credit Card-My Credit Card-SMS Service.

Tips:

1. When the account is in an abnormal state such as loss reporting, the account change notification service cannot be cancelled, and the SMS notification of loss reporting reminder will be automatically cancelled after the account change notification is cancelled;

2. If the customer is a card account, he can go to the counter to cancel the SMS with the corresponding voucher and valid real-name certificate;

3. If more than one mobile phone number is added to the same account, one mobile phone number will send a short message "QX" to cancel the short message, that is, this mobile phone number will no longer receive short messages, which will not affect other mobile phone numbers to receive short message notifications; If the last mobile phone number sends a short message "QX", the short message addition relationship of this account will be cancelled;

4. The cancellation of SMS notification by electronic bank can only cancel the notification of change of current account;

5. After canceling the account change notice, you will no longer enjoy the SMS notification service, and the deducted fees will not be returned to the account.
