U.S. Amazon’s logistics policy after buying something

Packages for Amazon orders in the United States will be sent out from warehouses in the United States. From dispatch to delivery, there are roughly three delivery stages, namely domestic, customs, and domestic delivery.

Amazon’s overseas purchases support the following three delivery methods:

Standard delivery: Delivery takes an average of 9-15 working days.

Expedited delivery: average delivery time of 5-9 working days.

Express delivery: average 3-5 working days for delivery.

Amazon’s overseas purchase terms: (1) Products shipped to countries/regions outside the United States may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees charged by the destination country/region (referred to as "import fees"). The consignee in the destination country is the importing party of record and is responsible for all import charges. (2) For each item for which import charges have been calculated, Customer authorizes Amazon Export or the Retailer, as the case may be, to designate the carrier ("Designated Carrier") as Customer's agent with respect to the destination country/region. Customs negotiates with tax authorities to clear, process and pay the actual import fees for the customer's goods. (3) The "import fee deposit" is the estimated import fee for shipping the goods in the customer's order to countries outside the United States. By placing an order, Customer agrees to allow Amazon Export and/or the Retailer, as the case may be, to charge an import fee deposit for the applicable items in Customer's order. This deposit will be used on behalf of the customer to cover the import charges paid by the designated carrier on your behalf to the relevant authorities in the destination country. (4) Customer further agrees that the designated carrier may disclose to Amazon Export or the retailer (as the case may be) the amount of the actual import charges levied on goods purchased by the customer from Amazon Export or the retailer (referred to as the "Actual Import Charges" "). If the import fee deposit exceeds the actual import fee, Amazon Export or the retailer (as applicable) will refund the difference to the customer. (5) For orders placed on behalf of another consignee, the customer also agrees to grant the above authorization on behalf of the consignee named in the order. (6) To obtain detailed information about actual import charges or documents or receipts related to customs clearance, the customer may contact the designated carrier specified in the customer's shipping confirmation email.

Taxation measures:

When the international shipment reaches the recipient's country/region, the recipient may need to pay such import taxes and duties levied by that country/region. and other taxes. Additional customs clearance charges must be borne by the recipient; such charges are beyond Amazon's control and cannot be predicted. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; recipients should contact their local customs office for details.
