If there is a refund when the transaction has been completed (including Taobao prepayment and after-sales refund), the handling fee paid by the buyer will not be refunded.

The payment together with the handling fee will be returned to the paid bank card within 1-7 working days, and the specific arrival time will be subject to the bank entry.
