Please log in to your personal online bank and open the online payment function. After activation, you can use this bank card for online payment.
How to activate online payment is as follows:
Log in to www.bankcomm.com/BankCommSite/cn/,, the personal online bank of Bank of Communications, and click Transfer-Online Payment Management-Online Payment Opening in the menu.
After entering the ID number, transaction password, setting the payment card number and verifying information, the online payment function can be completed.
2. If you are not a personal online banking user of Bank of Communications.
If you want to use the online banking and online payment functions of Bank of Communications, you must first sign a contract at the bank counter. Please bring your valid ID card and bank card to the Bank of Communications outlet, fill in the comprehensive application form for Pacific Personal Savings Card, and apply for online banking function for your bank card.

1) First, please click the Install Online Banking Wizard to complete the online banking environment setting. If the online banking wizard has been run and installed, you can directly click to enter the "Step 2 Fill in Account Information" step;
2) Enter the signing master card number, master card inquiry password and additional code. If you forget the query password, you can reset it by "Reset Query Password";
3) Set your personalized online banking user name, online banking login password and welcome information. After setting, you can log in to online banking with your online banking user name and online banking login password;
4) After the setting is successful, you can directly click Login to register online banking.

1) Before logging in to online banking for the first time, you must download the certificate you applied for in the bank to USBKey. Please click "New User Registration" first.
2) Please install the online banking wizard to set the certificate environment first. If you have run and installed the online banking wizard, please click to enter the "Step 2 Fill in Account Information" step.
3) Enter the signing master card number, master card inquiry password and additional code. If you forget the query password, you can reset it by "Reset Query Password";
4) Select the type of USBKey you purchased and check whether the driver is installed. After verification, enter the agreement number on the business application form to download the certificate when handling online banking at the counter of our bank;
5) After the download is successful, you can log in to online banking with the certificate in USBKey.
