1. I authorize: the agent authorizes in writing that the credit reporting agency can provide the credit reporting.

2. Statutory purpose: As long as it complies with the law, the credit reporting agency can provide it with credit reports without written authorization.

3. Joint inquiry: The judicial organ may also inquire about the credit report of an individual when seeking his authorization.

Inquiring about personal credit information requires the original and photocopy of valid identity documents, and the photocopy should be left to the inquiry institution for future reference.
