For China Merchants Bank all-in-one card or credit card, the card number inquiry method is as follows:

All-in-one card:

1. You can bring your account opening certificate to any branch of China Merchants Bank for inquiry;

2. You can log in to the professional version, select "All-in-one card → Self-service transfer → Transfer transaction inquiry and receipt printing" and "Please select a card number" at the top of the page will display the complete card number associated with the professional version;

3. If the all-in-one card is linked to mobile banking, click "Headphone icon → Card number query" in the upper right corner of the homepage; click "My → Bank Card" and select the corresponding card "View complete card number";

If If you have not associated the all-in-one card with mobile banking, but have transferred money to this all-in-one card, you can click "My → All → Transfer" and select the inquiring all-in-one card as the payee to query the card number.

Credit cards:

1. After logging into the Palm Life APP, select "Finance→Card Manager" to display information such as the number of credit cards held and card types. Click on the card you want to query , click "Query" in the upper right corner of the page, enter the "Query Password" and after verification, you can see the complete card number.

2. If the credit card is associated with mobile banking, after logging in to mobile banking, click the "headphone icon → card number query → select account" in the upper right corner of the "Home Page", select the credit card you want to view in the drop-down menu, and click " Send verification code", enter the verification code to query the complete card number.

Warm reminder: ① Unreceived credit cards for newly opened accounts cannot be queried.

② For credit cards that are not activated and not linked to OneNet users, please activate the card through Palm Life and check it.
