Preparation before applying for a card

Domestic residents: 18-60 years old;

Overseas residents: 25-60 years old;

Supplementary card Applicant: 14 years old (inclusive) or above

The following information must be submitted

Proof of identity: A copy of the front and back of the ID card

Employment certificate: issued by the employer The original work certificate (indicate the specific company name, department, position and income status, stamped with the company seal or personnel seal); or personal badge, business card, etc.

The following information can be submitted according to personal circumstances (conducive to card review and limit increase):

Proof of financial resources: such as: self-owned commodity property rights certification documents (real estate certificate, house purchase contract, Bank mortgage loan certification documents, formal house purchase invoices, etc.), self-owned vehicle certification documents (own vehicle driving license, bank car loan certification documents), income certification documents (bank salary records, income tax withholding vouchers, confidential salary slips Copies of other documents), social security/provident fund payment certificates, academic certificates, etc.
