Debit card password lock:

If the transaction password of debit card is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times in each transaction channel within one day, it will be locked.

If you remember the correct password, you can log in to Zhang Yin version 6.0 and use the password unlock function.

Step 1: Click "My Account"

Step 2: Select the debit card to unlock and click "Password Unlock".

Step 3: Enter the correct account password and unlock the face successfully.

If it is inconvenient for you to operate the bank or you can't remember the correct password, please bring your valid ID card and bank card to any branch of our bank to unlock or reset the password (no agent). Most outlets of our bank support the fast processing of super counters, and there is no need to queue for a long time.

Credit card password lock:

Our credit card has two passwords, namely "password inquiry" and "password payment". If the password is locked or forgotten, you can unlock and reset the password through the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599.
