Meituan’s refunds for purchases made with credit cards will be directly refunded to Meituan’s balance and can be withdrawn. It will be refunded to the bank card/Alipay/Tenpay used by the user at the time of payment within 1-7 working days.

The refund credit account and time are related to the refund method selected:

1. Choose to return the balance of Meituan, that is, the balance of Meituan will be refunded within 1 working day (for a small amount It takes 3 working days for the goods to arrive.

2. Choose to return to the original payer's account, that is, return the bank card/Alipay/Tenpay you used to pay at the time, within 1-7 working days (a small amount of goods requires an additional 3 working days) Arrive.

Extended information

Different refund methods have different refund arrival times. Confirm the refund method you selected.

4. To check the refund on Alipay, log in to Alipay to check.
