Apply for credit card settlement certificate

Currently there is no electronic settlement certificate for credit cards, but there are two ways to obtain it. Before obtaining a settlement certificate, it should be noted that banks usually require the installment part to be settled before they can issue a credit card settlement certificate.

1. Telephone processing

Call the customer service number on the credit card. After being transferred to the manual customer service, explain the need and purpose of the settlement certificate. The customer service will verify the relevant circumstances and meet the processing conditions. , your settlement certificate will be mailed to your delivery address.

2. Apply at the counter

This method is the most direct. Just bring your ID card and credit card to the nearest card issuing bank.
