6. If the cardholder has any false or illegal transactions, or the cardholder applies for card withdrawal during the activity, Bank of Communications reserves the right to refuse these cardholders to participate in the activity, and cancel any rewards they received before giving away the complimentary mobile phone card reader, unless the mobile phone card reader has been delivered to the cardholder.
7. Lacarra has the right to modify the terms and conditions of this activity (including but not limited to postponing or terminating this activity in advance) within the scope permitted by laws and regulations of China and after consultation with Bank of Communications, and it will take effect after it is published on Lacarra website or other relevant channels.
