The so-called credit card transfer is actually to transfer part of the amount in the IC credit card to the electronic account of the credit card, which is equivalent to functioning as an electronic wallet. This part is transferred to the credit card. The money cannot be withdrawn, it is mainly used for non-password input business consumption, and it mainly supports some current quick pass businesses.
For example, swiping a bus card or buying something in the supermarket. When making consumption, you don’t need to swipe your card, but use contactless consumption. Because the e-wallet function is aimed at daily consumption, the amount generally designed is not too high. For example, 100-1,000 yuan. For example, when the balance in your e-wallet is less than 100 yuan, 1,000 yuan will be automatically circled from your designated card to replenish the amount.
Note that not every credit card has the loading function. Generally, only IC credit cards can load funds, because IC credit cards have a dedicated electronic account, which is not available in magnetic stripe credit cards.
The following is the process of credit card loading (taking campus card as an example):
1. The school that needs to carry out transfer business signs a transfer business agreement with the bank Agreement and set account transfer conditions (such as the account limit is lower than a certain set value, the amount of each transfer from the personal account).
2. The system regularly checks the system customer accounts every day, forms a transfer application document on the list of people who meet the transfer conditions, and sends it to the bank through the agreed communication method.
3. The bank collects application documents regularly every day, and upon receipt, performs corresponding decryption processing to form transfer result documents.
4. Send it back to the requesting host. After receiving it, the host will process the entry into the account. If the account is successfully entered normally, exception handling records will be recorded if it fails abnormally.
5. Teachers and students with signed accounts can receive the corresponding transfer amount through the self-service cash collection machine with their campus card.
