Applicants can only apply for a Bank of Communications credit card if they meet any of the following conditions: 1) They have a stable job, paid three times in a row, and have never held a Bank of Communications credit card. 2) College degree or above, never holding the main credit card of Bank of Communications. 3) You have certain assets in Bank of Communications and have never held the main credit card of Bank of Communications.
