1. During the consumption restriction period, if the person subjected to execution provides effective guarantee or applies for the consent of the executor, the people's court may cancel the consumption restriction order.

2. If the person subjected to execution has fulfilled the obligations stipulated in the effective legal documents, the people's court shall, within the scope of the notice or announcement in Article 6 of these Provisions, lift the high consumption restriction order by notice or announcement.

Restricting high consumption means that the person subjected to execution shall not have the following consumption behaviors: 1. High consumption of star-rated hotels, guesthouses, nightclubs, golf courses and other places; 3. Purchase real estate or build, expand or decorate high-grade houses; 4. Children attend private schools with high fees; 8. Pay high premiums to buy insurance and financial products; 9. Other high consumption behaviors that are not needed in life and work.

If the person subjected to execution is a unit, the person subjected to execution and his legal representative, principal responsible person and person directly responsible for debt performance shall not use the property after high consumption is restricted. The unit conducts the above-mentioned consumption behavior.
